Biomass Tolling
Your hemp is converted into high-quality CBD crude oil using natural, plant-based ethanol extraction. We use ultra cold temperatures to obtain the cannabinoids and other beneficial compounds. This method is fast, efficient, and produces a pure end product. Crude oil can be used as an ingredient in a wide range of consumer products. We can also refine it further for you through Remediation, Distillation, and/or Isolation.
Remediation
Your CBD crude oil or distillate can have the THC removed to non-detectable or legal levels, with CBD loss rates often below 5%. We can achieve this efficiency on batches ranging in size from liters, to thousands of liters, regardless of the starting THC level. Until now, the only large-scale option was industrial chromatography with loss rates of three to 10 times when compared to our technology.
Distillation
Your CBD crude oil can be distilled, separating out unwanted impurities and isolating the desirable compounds such as CBD, other cannabinoids, and terpenes. Distillation allows for precise control over the purity and potency of the final product, making it a popular method for CBD extraction and refinement. The result is a highly concentrated, purified CBD oil that may used to produce a wide range of consumer products. We can also further refine to create CBD isolate.
Isolation
Your CBD Crude oil or distillate can be refined to produce a highly concentrated and pure form of CBD. This process typically involves multiple steps of extraction and refinement to remove all other cannabinoids, terpenes, and plant materials, leaving only CBD behind. The end result of this process is pure CBD isolate, which is a white powder with no other plant compounds or cannabinoids. CBD isolate can be used in a wide range of consumer goods, as well as pharmaceuticals.
